Dressing: Ranch Dressing by Connie

Ranch Dressing

Yield: 8 servings

2 c Low-Fat Cottage Cheese (can use non-fat, too)
1/2 c Low-Fat Yogurt, drained
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 ts Dried Oregano
1 ts Dried Thyme
2 ts Parsley, fresh; chopped
1/2 c Buttermilk
2 tb Lemon Juice
1 tb Red Wine Vinegar
White Pepper, freshly ground


Using a blender or food processor fitted with steel blade, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, garlic, oregano, thyme, parsley, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar and pepper to taste. Blend until creamy and smooth.

Makes 3 1/2 cups. A serving of 2 tablespoons contains 36 calories and 1 gram of fat.
