Red Dressing

Red Dressing

1 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup vinegar, cider, wine or ?
2 tea. salt
1 tea. dry mustard
1/2 tea. pepper, fresh ground is best
1/2 tea. Worchestershire sauce
3 Tbls. chili sauce or catsup
1 Tbls. onion juice (optional)
2 cloves garlic, pressed (optional)


Combine all in a covered glass jar. Store in refrigerator. Will keep for several months.
