Yogurt-Dill Dressing
Yield: 8 servings
8 oz. Plain low-fat yogurt (1 cup)
2 teas. Finely chopped onion
1 teas. Lemon juice
1/2 teas. Crushed dill weed
1/4 teas. Dry mustard
1/8 teas. Garlic powder
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill until served. Serve over tossed green salad.
