Rich and Creamy Egg Salad
8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese,.room temp
1/2 cup purple onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
3 Tbl. chopped pimento
3 Tbl. ketchup
3 hard boiled eggs, large, chopped in large chunks
1/4 tsp.
1/4 tsp.
1 cup chopped pecans, or almonds
Mix, chill 1 hour. Serve on wheat bread or toast.
