Egg Salad

Ann's Egg Salad

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise, or more to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. minced celery leaves or 1/4 t powdered celery seed
4 Tbl. fresh parsley (or 1 Tbl. dried)
1/4 Cup minced onion
1/4 Cup minced celery


Gently mix together cream cheese and eggs. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten. Blend in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.

Serve with Crackers, bread etc.
