Frozen Cranberry Salad
2 (3 oz.) packages of cream cheese
2 Tbl. mayo
1 (1 lb.) can of cranberry sauce
1 cup crushed pineapple-drained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup whipped cream
2 Tbl. sugar
Soften cream cheese, add mayo and fruit; add chopped nuts. Fold in cream that has been whipped with sugar.
Pour into glass 7 x 11 pyrex dish. Freeze overnight. Cut in squares to serve.
