Millionaire Salad
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tblsp. whipping cream or half-and-half
1/3 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 Tblsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tblsp. sugar
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup orange sections
1/2 cup halved maraschino cherries
1/2 cup quartered light sweet cherries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Combine cream cheese and 2 Tblsp. whipping cream; add salad dressing, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Combine cheese mixture with fruit, pecans, and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream. Freeze in individual molds or an 8-inch square pan. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
