Mixed Fruit

1 grapefruit
1 large orange
1/4 pound each: grapes green and red
1 large banana
2 pears or apples
1/3 cup light honey
1 cup shredded coconut


Into a large bowl peel and section the grapefruit and orange. Peel and thinly slice the banana. Peel and dice the pears.

Drizzle the honey over the fruit and toss lightly to coat sprinkle the coconut on top and let sit in the fridge for about 15 minutes or chilled to your liking.

The natural sugars plus the honey makes a delicious juice that she used to put over ice cream sometimes.
