Cherry - Pineapple Jello Salad
6 oz. box cherry JelloŽ
2 cups boiling water
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla, optional
Mix Jello with water until dissolved. Stir in pie filling and pineapple. Pour into 9x13 pan and refrigerate until set.
Beat remaining ingredients with mixer until smooth. Spread over Jello mixture; chill.
