Cranberry Ring
1 small ring mold
2 boxes Jello ( or 1large box )black cherry or raspberry
1 can jellied cranberry sauce ( Ocean Spray )
1 large can ( 15 oz ) crushed pineapple
1 can whole cranberry sauce
Dissolve Jello in one cup of hot water, then gradually add almost 1 cup of cold liquid. (use the pineapple juice that has already been drained, adding cold liquid to make it a full cup). Add whole cranberry sauce that has already been chopped with a fork, and then add crushed pineapple. Mix well and put into a lightly greased mold or bowl. Place in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, loosen edges of mold with a knife and turn upside down and let stand about a 1/2 hour. It will unmold by it self.
