Gelatin Dessert Salad
1 pkg. Lemon Jello
1 pkg. Orange Jello
2 cups hot water
1 cup cold water
Juice of 1 lemon
10 big marshmallows cut up (or minatures)
2 bananas, diced
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
2 Tbl. flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup reserved pineapple juice
1 pkg. Dream Whip
Combine the 2 Jell-Os waters and lemon juice. Let this congeal.
Add marshmallows, bananas, and pineapple; let harden in oblong dish.
Combine flour, sugar, egg, reserved pineapple juice and cook until thick. Cool and add Dream Whip. Spread over salad and sprinkle with grated cheese.
