Mandarin Orange Fruit Salad
1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin (or orange)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges (with juice)
1 (22 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 (19 oz.) pkg. minature marshmallows
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp cheddar
1 medium carton Cool Whip
Dissolve gelatin in water. Add oranges and pineapple (including juices)
Pour in a 2 qt. dish. Spread marshmallows over top of warm mixture.
Cool and chill until firm.
Mix topping and mayonnaise. Spread over gelatin mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and chill 2 hours or longer.
