Mandarin Orange Salad
1 large orange Jello
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple -- drained
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges -- drained
Combine dry gelatin and whipped topping. Mix in cottage cheese. When well mixed add pineapple and gently mix in oranges. Spoon into glass bowl or individual serving dishes. Chill well.
This keeps well for a week or 10 days.
