Cherry Coke Salad
3 oz. pkg. cherry gelatin
3 oz.pkg strawberry gelatin
16 oz. dark Bing cherries, pitted
20 oz.can crushed pineapple
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. CokeŽ
1 cup chopped peccans
Drain cheeries and pineapple, reserving juice. Heat the juice and dissolve the gelatin in it.
Cut the cream cheese into very small chunks and add to the gelatin mixture. Add the cherries, pineapple, Coke and
pecans. Pour into a mold and chill.
