Cranberry/Pineapple Jell-O Mold
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapples (with juice)
1 large box raspberry Jell-O
1-1/2 to 2 cups boiling water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
In large Pyrex dish, mix whole cranberry and pineapple.
Mix Jell-O and boiling water; add to fruit mixture.
Chill until firmly set.
Beat cream cheese and sour cream. Spread on top of chilled Jell-O mixture.
