Lemon Winter Salad
Allene Durdel’s Recipe
2 (6-serving-size) large boxes lemon Jello®, made according to pkg. directions
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup pineapple tidbits
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup shredded cheese
Mix together and chill until firm.
Garnish with a mixture of whipped topping and mayo (mixed half and half) and more chopped nuts.
