Chicken Pasta Caesar Salad

1-2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 head romaine lettuce
spring green onions or vidalia onions
Newman's Own Caesar Salad Dressing (not creamy)
about 1 c. raw bowtie or other desired pasta
Fresh baguette with butter

Marinate some boneless, skinless chicken breasts in Paul Newman's Caesar Dressing (not the creamy one).

Grill about 10 minutes each side and let cool.

Meanwhile, clean and chop a head of Romaine lettuce and cook some bowtie (or other desired) pasta. Put the lettuce in a bowl with maybe a little chopped green onion if you want. Mix the pasta with a little Hellman's mayo mixed with a little Paul Newman's Caesar Dressing, maybe add some salt and pepper, place on top of salad. Slice up the chicken and arrange over top. Grate fresh Parmesan cheese over all and sprinkle with more dressing. Squeeze a lemon over the top if you like lemon. Serve with fresh bread or make some homemade croutons to go with.
