Keep it Simple Macaroni Salad

1 pound macaroni, cooked in salted water, then chilled
1 1/4 cups light Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/4 cup honey Dijon mustard
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup finely chopped sweet onions
few grinds white pepper
freshly snipped chives
touch of white wine or white grape juice, if needed


Mix the dressing and toss with the chilled pasta, if it is too thick, add 1 teaspoonful at a time, the wine or juice to just moisten. Let set in the fridge overnight to melt the flavors and serve.
