Mediterrainian Pasta Salad
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 Tbl. garlic
4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 Tbl. lemon juice
14 OZ. cooked pasta
Heat olive oil with parsley, garlic and olives. Pour over pasta. Toss with lemon juice, basil and feta.
Top with shredded Parmesan if you like.
