Pasta Salad
1 package tricolor corkscrew pasta
3-4 carrots, shredded
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small purple onion, chopped
2-3 ribs celery, chopped
Dressing:
1/2-3/4 can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2-1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Cook pasta, drain, rinse, and cool. Stir dressing into pasta and vegetables. Chill thoroughly, overnight at least. The dressing ingredients are very much to your personal taste.
