Confetti Pea Salad
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen tiny green peas, thawed
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
6 slices cooked bacon -- crumbled
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento -- well drained
1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning or seasoned salt
In a large bowl combine ingredients; chill 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors. Stir before serving. If desired, serve on lettuce leaf.
