Slaw: Fumi Salad

Fumi Salad

1 head cabbage
8 green onions
1 sm. Pkg. Almonds
1 whole bottle sesame seeds
2 pkg. Ramen noodles (discard flavor pkt.)

Dressing:
1 c. vegetable oil 4 T. sugar
1 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. salt
4 T. rice vinegar


Brown nuts and seeds on low heat, using no oil (very important). Chop cabbage and onions and mix together. Break up noodles and mix with cabbage and onions, nuts and seeds. Mix Dressing: pour over salad and toss. Refrigerate 30 min. to 1 hr. then serve.
You can also use cut up chicken or shrimp in the salad. I also sometimes use the seasoning packet in the dressing for added flavor. You could also add cilantro.
