Slaw: Pineapple Cole Slaw

Pineapple Cole Slaw

1 large head cabbage
1 bag mini-marshmallows
1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)

Dressing:
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 c. "real" mayonnaise


Combine first 3 ingredients in serving bowl and set aside.

Whip cream until stiff. Fold in mayonnaise. Add to cabbage mixture, mixing well. Add some of the reserved juice to taste.

Note: pineapple in heavy syrup will yield a sweeter flavor than pineapple in it's own juice.
