1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 oz. fresh young spinach, washed, coarse stems removed, and crisped
1 bunch leaf lettuce, washed and crisped

1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)
1/4 cup minced green pepper

Combine the toasted sesame seeds and cheese and set aside.

Tear spinach and lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in salad bowl.
