Sumi Salad
1 pkg. coleslaw
2 pkgs. Raqmen chicken noodles (crumbled)
6-8 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tbs. oil, for browning
3 scallions chopped
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 lg pkg slivered almonds
2 Tbs. sesame seeds
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw, scallions, noodles, and seasoning pkts.
that come with the noodles. Add oil,
vinegar, sugar and set aside.
Heat 2 Tbs. oil and brown almonds and sesame seeds. Then pour over cabbage (oil
included)mixture, toss and let sit in refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
