Tuna Salad
1 (6 oz.) can tuna (spring water)
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup green onions (tops and bottoms), diced
1 apple, diced
sweet pickle relish or diced pickles (to taste)
2 boiled eggs (optional), chopped
Fat Free Miracle Whip, (to taste)
Mix and serve as sandwiches or a salad. Lowfat Tostitoes are great with this if serving as a salad.
