Arugula, Tomato and Corn Salad

1/2 cup olive oil -- plus 1 Tbl.
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons fresh basil -- chopped
2 plum tomato -- halved, seeded and
diced
2 cloves garlic -- minced
3/4 teaspoon fresh rosemary -- minced
1 (10 oz.) package frozen corn -- cooked
8 cups arugula
4 plum tomato -- quartered
1/4 cup pecan halves -- toasted
Parmesan cheese -- freshly grated
Whisk 1/2 cup oil, vinegar, basil, diced tomatoes, garlic and rosemary in small bowl until well blended.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Combine arugula, corn, quartered tomatoes and pecans
Toss salad with enough dressing to coat evenly.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
