Broccoli Salad
2 heads broccoli, cut into tiny florets (reserve stems for another use)
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup raisins
1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Combine salad ingredients except for bacon and peanuts (if bringing the salad elsewhere, put the bacon and peanuts in separate baggies).
Combine dressing ingredients in small bowl and toss with salad.
Refrigerate until 1/2 hour before serving and toss with bacon and peanuts just before serving.
