Broccoli Salad

2 bunches brocolli, chopped
10 strips of bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
4 Tbsp. toasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 medium red onion, finely choppped OR
1/3 cup radishes, halved and finely sliced
1 cup creamy salad dressing (approximately)


In a medium bowl, combine brocolli, bacon, sunflower seeds, raisins and onion/radishes. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

Coat with dressing using desired amount. Do not blend salad ingredients with dressing until just before serving. This is to keep the bacon and seeds crisp.
