Beef: A Better Burger

A Better Burger

1 lb. lean hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
4-5 shakes of celery salt
5-6 shakes of Worcestershire
1 egg
about 1 Tablespoon barbeque sauce ( or 2 shakes HP sauce)
pureed garlic
salt and pepper to taste.


Mix above and put in refrigerator. Overnight is great.

One helpful hint that I read some where...if your burgers shrink, before putting on the grill, make a hole in the middle of the burger and they will still fit an average bun when they are done. It works!
