Beef: Lum's Ollieburger

Lum’s Ollieburger

3 tbl. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbl. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbl. soy sauce
1 tbl. A-1 Steak sauce
1 tbl. corn oil
1/2 cup canned beef broth
1 tsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1 tsp. vinegar


Mix the above ingredients. Take 1-1/2 to 2 lbs. ground round and shape into 3/4" patties thick, and 3-1/2" round. Place in a covered container and pour the marinade mixture over them. Refrigerate 12 hours. Turn the patties frequently.

Remove from marinade, and sear over high heat to seal in juices, then turn down the heat and cook to desire doneness. For more flavorful burgers double the ingredients, except the broth, reduce it by half.
