Cheese Toast
1/2 Cup shredded Gruyere Cheese
1/4 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella
1/8 Cup Of Parmesan cheese (Fresh Is Better)
1/2 Tsp Of chicken Base
Enough clarified butter to spread on toasted French bread or any other bread of your choice
Mix Gruyere, cheddar and mozzarella together. Make a paste of the Parmesan and chicken base.
Spread 3 cheese combination on top and bake in oven for a few minutes.
