Appetizer Ham Sandwiches
3 packs of the heat and serve rolls (they are 24 small rectangle rolls in a tin pan, 3 rows of 8)
1 stick of butter
2 Tbsp of yellow salad mustard
2 Tbsp of sugar
2 Tbsp of grated onion
2 Tbsp of poppy seeds
1/2 lb of sliced sandwich ham
1/2 lb of Swiss cheese
Melt butter and add next 4 ingredients. Cut rolls in half horizontally. Spread melted mixture on rolls add ham and cheese and put the top back on the rolls bake in a 250* oven till the rolls are warmed through and the cheese is melted. Cut into a 2 roll size serving and enjoy.
