Pimento Cheese

2 lbs. Velveta cheese
1/2 lb. Extra Sharp Chetter cheese
Medium white onion
1 small jar of perminto
Olives (optional)
Jalapeno Pepper (ones sliced in jar and just enough for your taste)
Salad dressing or mayonnaise


Grind all of the above together. Then add salad dressing to it until it reaches the consistancy that you like for sandwiches.

To make finger sandwiches out of this, spread on five high slices of day old bread (it is easier to use or put bread in freezer a few minutes so it will not tear apart when spreading). Cut off crust on all 4 sides, then slice into four different pieces (up and down the five slices).
