Rio Grande Wraps

Rio Grande Wraps 

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 
1/2 cup chopped onion 
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crumbled 
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 
4 Tbsp. soy sauce, divided 
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper 
1/2 cup golden or seedless raisins 
6 (10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed 


Brown beef with onion, oregano, and cinnamon in large skillet over high heat.  Sprinkle flour evenly over meat mixture; stir in to combine. Add 3 Tbsp. soy sauce and bell peppers; cook, stirring, 1 minute.  Add raisins and remaining 1 Tbsp. soy sauce; cook 1 minute, or until 
peppers are tender, yet crisp, stirring constantly.  

Spoon desired amount of meat mixture on each tortilla; fold and wrap to enclose.
