South of the Border Burgers

1 lb. lean ground turkey
1/4 cup finely crushed nacho cheese tortilla chips
1/4 thick and chunky salsa
2oz (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese

Topping:
1/4 thick and chunky salsa
sour cream


Combine all burger ingredients except cheese, mix gently. Shape into eight 3 1/2" patties. Place four patties on waxed paper.

Top each with 2 Tbls. cheese. Place remaining patties over each cheese covered patty. Press edges to seal.

Place on a well oiled rack. Grill on low heat as turkey sticks to the grill quite easily. Cook about 9 to 12 minutes. Serve on buns with topping.
