Feta and Garlic Pate
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 Tbl. butter, softened
10 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. feta cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. chopped fresh chives
Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until very smooth and creamy.
Spread on crackers, bread, bagels or use on sandwiches.
