Toasted Cumin Mayonnaise
1 and 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon salt
Heat cumin in small dry nonstick skillet over medium heat 30 to 90 seconds or until cumin becomes very fragrant and lightly toasted, stirring constantly.
Watch cumin so it does not burn.
In small bowl, combine toasted cumin, mayo, garlic, and salt; stir to blend.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
