Biscuit Wraps
1 can Big Country Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
Fillings Follow
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Press each biscuit into a 5 inch round. Choose filling from following and combine ingredients in small bowl, mix well.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons mixture onto center of each biscuit. Fold dough in half over filling; press edges with fork to seal. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes or til golden brown.
Makes 10
Honey Mustard Ham Filling :
1 cup chopped cooked ham
2 tablespoons honey mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
Turkey Swiss Filling:
3/4 cup chopped cooked turkey
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped tomato
Country Sausage Filling:
6 ounce bulk pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped apple
Western Barbecue Filling:
1/2 cup prepared sloppy joe meat mixture
1/2 cup baked beans
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
Pizza Pocket Filling:
1 cup sliced Italian sausage
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup pizza sauce
Chicken Taco Filling:
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/3 cup whole kernel corn with red & green peppers
1/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup chunky salsa
Chicken and Broccoli Filling:
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/3 cup chopped cooked broccoli
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
Philly Cheesesteak filling:
1 cup chopped cooked roast beef
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped green or red pepper
