Chicken Basting Sauces

Chicken Basting Sauce Recipes 

  Chinese Hoisin Honey 

 1/4 cup hoisin sauce 
 1/4 cup honey 
 dash of  sesame seed oil

Salt and pepper as desired. 

Warm mixture in saucepan. 

  

Lemon and Garlic 
 
 1/4 cup lemon juice
 4 tablespoons pureed garlic 
 1/4 cup margarine

 Salt and pepper as desired.   

 Melt mixture in saucepan. 

  

Dijon Honey Mustard 
 
 1/4 cup dijon style mustard 
 1/4 cup of honey
 Salt and pepper

 Warm mixture in saucepan. 


  

Spicy Asian 
  
  2 Tablespoons Orange Juice 
  1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 
  1 Teaspoon Hoisin Sauce 
  1/2 Teaspoon Chili Paste 
  1 Teaspoon Finely Grated Ginger 
  2 Cloves Pressed Garlic 

  Apply basting sauce over AND under the skin for full flavor. 

Cook according to rotisserie directions.
