Posted by Ann on April 10, 1998 at 09:56:31: Alfredo Sauce 3/4 cup butter 2 cups whipping cream 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Combine all except 1/4 cup cheese. Cook until smooth. Toss with noodles or pour over cooked chicken. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
