Barbecue Sauce
2 pkgs dry onion soup mix
2 cups of water
3 tbsp. of vinegar
3 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
salt and Tabasco to taste
2 cups of catsup
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
Simmer all together for 1/2 hour adjust seasoning to taste.
For a basting sauce, thin with water so it can be brushed on meat. As a serving sauce it should be reheated.
