Mornay Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1-2/3 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Melt the butter in pot. Keep temperature at medium low. Add flour. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Add the salt, pepper and cheese. Continue to stir until
the cheese melts.
Makes 1-3/4 cups sauce
