Cheese sauce
3 tbsp. butter
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
3 oz. grated charp cheddar cheese
Melt butter in small fry pan or saucepan. Add flour and cook like a roux (until mixture is slightly browned) Add milk and stir. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 minute until milk is thickened.
Add cheese and mix until melted. Serve over any vegetables, potatoes etc..
