Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry Sauce

1 bag fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup wine
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, unthawed
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained


Put cranberries in a pot. Add sugar and wine. Bring to a boil and boil five minutes. Remove from heat and add frozen strawberries. Stir until dissolved.

Add cut up mandarin oranges. Cool and refrigerate. For a pretty presentation, scoop out oranges and fill them with the cranberry sauce.
