Dessert Topping: Fudge Sauce

Fudge Sauce

1 1/2 c sugar
1 c cocoa
1 c water
1 tsp vanilla


Mix sugar, cocoa and water in a pan. Boil 15 minutes, cool then add vanilla.

For single serving of hot chocolate, heat 1 cup of milk in a pan and stir in a tablespoon of fudge sauce. Serve with whipped cream or marshmallow fluff. It is also very yummy with butterscotch schnapps.
