Fruit: Cranberry Apple Chutney

Cranberry Apple Chutney

1 lb. bag cranberries
1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger (or 1 tsp. fresh chopped)
1 cup orange juice
1/4 - 1/2 cup honey


Mix everything but the honey in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes or until thick. Stir often to prevent it sticking to the pan. Remove from heat and stir in honey.
