Fruit: Peach Sauce

Peach Sauce

5 large peaches chopped (skinned if you like)
1 medium white onion finely chopped
malt vinegar
dark brown sugar


Put the onions in a pan and add enough vinegar to cover. Simmer well until the onion is really soft. Add the peaches and bring to the boil, add a good teaspoon of sugar, mix well and then simmer on a low heat until the peaches have mushed up.

Spread it on pork chops or chicken then bake them in the oven or just use it as a side sauce.
