Raisin Sauce for Pork
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. raisins
Combine brown sugar, flour and dry mustard in pan. Stir well. With medium heat add remaining ingredients. Stir constantly. Yields about 2 cups.
