Raspberry Cream Sauce with Horseradish

1 cup half and half (fat free)
1/2 cup raspberry preserves (sugar free)
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon horseradish
In a microwave safe dish, melt the preserves. Add the honey and stir until dissolved. Add the half and half; heat til warm. Do not boil. Whisk in the horseradish. Serve with pan seared or grilled salmon.
